You could ask a local cat rescue who they use or who they recommend. That's how I found the vets I use.

Sorry dont live in that area but look up vets in that area online and see what shows up..............often vets have good websites if they aRE GOOd and show what they specialz]ized in and then you can always call them and talk to see what they are like

Hi all

We want to get a second opinion on how bad Bruno's heart murmur has become. can anyone recommend a vet who specialises in cats in the Hampshire area please?
