Thank you Tan! She certainly has a strong personality, and is very keen to get her breakfast served at 6am sharp.
If not, her raspy little tongue makes sure we jump out of bed to feed her.
As independent as she is, coming and going as she pleases and patrolling the garden (chasing off any rival furry visitors), she's also very affectionate and has been rather attached, especially to me, from Day 1. A puppy in cat's clothing.
She is our first cat (although my husband grew up surrounded by at least 5 cats at any given time), and we're heartbroken that she won't be with us for long. She's still so young which makes it all worse. It makes it difficult sometimes to just enjoy the day... Luckily she has no idea what's going on, and is jumping, running and playing like any young and healthy cat.
