With great sadness and our hearts broken once again we announce the death of darling ginger ninja McKenzie our brain damaged feral, he had been ill for sometime but found a new lease of life with his adored followers in the kittens Watson, Sherlock and Miss Moriarty who were curled up with him right up to the end and are a little subdued tonight. I asm so greatful he waited till his Daddy came home so he got some time with his boy - he was a Daddies boy as is often the case with ferals they chose their human and for McKenzie it was Robin
We adopted McKenzie and his sister Gypsy in August 2010 they were shut in a garage and never handled and were about 18 months old and being ferals with issues we were their only hope so they came to become forever fosters but as folks know that was never going to be they were ours from the day I bought them home.
McKenzie was a Mug breaker extrodainaire with several of my Latte mugs to his credit he was always on the fringes and didn't want to be touched but came at feeding and treat times and always got extra treats and just adored the other cats as the couch shows a mixture of domestic, feral and Starrykins
So only ever borrowed, never owned but always a pawprint in our hearts, reunited with his full sister Gypsy and the rest of our wonderful kids at the Bridge so godspeed darling McKenzie after such a bad start in life we hope we let you be all you could be and we loved you hisses and all your one guiding light is you will be a Clan cat forever not an unwanted feral with issues to us you were just one of our adored kids x
