If I can explain, I volunteer for The Scratching Post Cat Rescue charity that operates in the Cheshunt, Waltham Cross, Enfield area in the North London/Essex/Hertfordshire area of the UK. Their website is at :
http://www.scratchingpost.co.uk/ A UK pet insurance company (link below) gives money away each month to a charity and the Scratching Post has been chosen as one of the charities for this month. The top prize of £5000 goes to the charity with the most votes! To put in in context, £5000 will pay for about 1 MONTHS vets bills for the Scratching Post! It's money they could desperately do with!
