Unfortunately no, they only help with cats where their elderly owner has subscribed to them before they die.

Hi guys, anyone know of any places that deal in retirement homes for kittys?

I'm trying to find a foster place for this kitty and currently struggling a bit just now.   Cat is generally healthy, owner has just died and though living with a 3yr old cat and they wish the cats to stay together its just never going to be a homing option we will be able to get someone to take.

If anyone has any suggestions, I'm all ears!
