Ron

don't forget to ask Tan to change your link on the Purrs Rescue list - it's still showing your old site and creates an error.

Current Appeal -
Regrettably, one year on and we are in need of making another appeal!!! We are once again getting to the point that we are concerned how much longer we will be able to cover our running costs and keep our doors open.
With no signs of the recession letting up, many people are finding it hard to make ends meet which has had a direct impact on us. Being a small independent and not for profit charity we have always survived through the kind generosity of people who have come into contact with us either through re-homing a pet or losing a pet.
And up until a few years ago we always managed without the need of making appeals but the last couple of years we have had to make an appeal when we have come close to closing our doors.

Sadly in today’s continuing climate we are all feeling the pinch and we are forced to request the good nature of those who know of our charity if you can in some small way help alleviate our financial worries by donating whatever amount you can comfortably manage. All donations however small, all add up and help our cause

This past year or two we have seen a large increase in people who are terribly saddened that they are having to bring in their beloved pets to be re-homed due to financial circumstances.

Since our last appeal we have cared for many cats that have come in with health problems and in need of treatment; several have had life saving treatment which with today’s ever increasing vet bills is starting to cripple us.

Our current vets bills are around £2000 per month and with over ‘40‘ cats in our care we URGENTLY
need financial support in whatever way you can to help us to continue to re-home and rescue as many cats as possible.

If you can help us, Please go to our Donations page http://www.lostcatsbrighton.org.uk/index.php?route=information/information&path=12 where we provide the different ways of donating.

Thanking You in advance

Ron & Cats
