Wilkinsons also sell this - you can either buy the seeds loose, or you can buy a special tray that you just have to water, keep dark for a few days, and voila, cat grass. Handy for those who dont have spare pots, and not that expensive, maybe £1.69ish? I always forget to water mine though, so only have it outdoors.

I'll have a look and see if I have any of the CP ones left as I order them for our branch, I might not have any at home as they may be with our other stock but I'll have a look and I'll be happy to send you a couple of them out. I'll let you know.

I think you can buy it most places that sell seeds generally, I found some in Morrisons the other day, and I'm sure I've seen it in Woolworths as well.

Indeed they do, you don't get a lot of grass seed each time but even if folks sent 50p it covers the cost. I would imagine they also provide the seed as a education because cats really do need grass. and if it is in a cats interest it can't be a bad thing.

yes my cats are very fussy about which grass they will eat 

I have never found cat grass to there taste and they like the normal grass, with the wider blades.

I would go for some ordinary grass seed like the grass in parks.

You can get cat grass seed in Woolworths. I'm not sure if normal grass is OK but we had some rolls of grass laid and it isn't much good for cats as the blades are too thin. They seem to prefer the wide blades

I either buy trays of it from Pets at Home or Zooplus or buy packets of the cat grass seed from B&Q in the aisle with all the other seeds and plant in a big pot in the run and a smaller one for inside.

As my cats are indoor ones i been thinking about getting them indoor grass but no sure on what kind....is it ordinary grass or is it specific type?
