Old cat with toilet issues - PLEASE HELP!

I too think she needs to be seen by a vet.Do you think she might have eaten anything outside?

If you are uncomfortable using your usual vets, do please take her to a different practice.  She really does need to see a vet to rule out any medical cause.

Thank you all for your help and advice! She seems much better today, no loose movements for a couple of days now.  Tbh i think it's mostly her age catching up on her as her back legs are getting weak too. 

I'm scared to tzke her to the vets as the last time i did they said i'd probably have to put her to sleep this was last april and a shot of antibiotics she was fine) i'm not looking forward to that enevitable response.

Sorry to hear yor furry is poorly.  As everyone else has said a vet visit is the first thing to undertake.  The links below give more info on feline diarrhea

Older cats need lots of care and attention and agree with the others that she needs to see a vet, it maybe something easy to resolve.

I think she does need to see a vet. It does sound as if there is something going on inside as she shouldn't have diaorrhoea. It will be stressful to have to wash her. It wouldn't be fair to put anything on her as the skin would get irritated and sore. There may be something the vet can do to treat her but have her checked out anyway because she may be feeling some pain xx

   Hi, have not been on this forum a lot, but am hoping that you guys cans can give me some advice, please. Or show me where there's a post that you've had on this already 

I have a VERY old female cat who is becoming increasingly incontinent.... is there such a thing as cat diapers?  She's ok for hours on end, sitting on the settee but as soon as she moves it's "squat and leave humans presents" time.  we've tried moving the litter boxes and locking her in the bathroom with one but as of last night (and not for the first time)  she got diarrhoea all over her bed, and up the wall then proceeded to step in it and get it all over the floor.  She's now outside (it's lovely and warm fortunately but will need showering etc when she gets in.   Don't know what to do!!!
