Yay for the man from kwik fit!

I don't normally rate Kwik-fit but in this case 

Might be nice to email head office praising his customer service (miss out the bit where he said you could swap the tyres over to save money  ) as I bet they get people moaning about them all the time so would be nice to have some positive customer feedback for once

Went to kwik fit at the weekend to get my tyres checked.   After telling me that one was a bit worn but that I could swap it with my spare which was brand new to save money  , he then put back the bits and bobs moved around in the boot to get at the spare.  They included some coolant/antifreeze which I keep in the boot.  As he was putting that and some other car stuff in one corner he told me to be careful with the coolant around cats and dogs.  I told him I knew to be careful with it but thought it was great that he took the time to point that out to customers.
