Have the vets any idea what is causing it? What have they treated him with already?

Please can any one help Cory had got skin unclers he got them on his feet and they are now on his legs and tail we have had him to the vets he has had treatments but there is nothing really they can do, do you know of some thing we can use to help him, he doesnt seam to be in pain but he does chew at them and they bleed I know there will be a time when we have to put him to sleep but i just want to make him more comfortable for now.
