I get a lot of stuff from zooplus. Mainly food as they sell stuff I can't get in shops or elsewhere online, but I have bought a cat tree from them too (mixed success - long story but if you're thinking of buying a cat tree from them let me know and I'll fill you in!). They're ok. Everything comes fairly quickly but with food they do just bung it all in a big box so everything rattles around and a few tins get dented. They also haven't replied to an email I sent about the recalled food in US (I bought some nutro from them that was included in the recall). But I'll continue to buy from them as they are the only place that sell what I want and they aren't too bad.
