Perfectly normal i reckon, Sadie gets this, sometimes i clean it off, sometimes she does but when it is there it's hardly noticeable - she's a tabby and has little tear stain markings as it is.

Thanks everyone, you've put me at ease  :)

She certainly doesn't seem in any discomfort at all, maybe I just notice it more cause of her little white face  ;D

Twix gets this, have no idea but every time he has been to vets i have asked and they just shrugged and said as long as its not green or exsessive its fine dont have a lot of faith in my vet though. So if u find anything out let me know please!!

Eye Gunk?

Hey All

Has anybody had any experience of eye gunk? I'm going to book a vets appt this week to get Drum checked but she has some re-occuring gunk by the corner of her eyes, mostly the left one. Her eyes themselves look clear and fine and the gunk isn't in them it's in a little line by them, down the edge towards her nose. It's dark like dried blood... At first we though they had been playing a little roughly with each other and she'd got a scratch but it seems to come back after cleaning off... any thoughts?  :-:
