one of ours did that for several weeks when she first arrived to live with us.  all we ever saw of her was a bump under the throw on the sofa.  she rarely does it now - unless something scares her.

Has the house gone cold.......its freezing here, if so she may have discovered its nice and warm under there  ;D

I suspect she's simply being a cat, exploring new places and dumping old favourites in an instant  :naughty:

In the winter, Bass used to crawl under the blanket on the bed.

They're private little things, cats, mostly we have no idea why they do most things - but it's part of their charm!
You can't change the world by rescuing one cat, but for that one cat you are changing its world.

Well,Daisy has just done something odd,she's crawled up under the throw rug on the sofa & gone to sleep...she's never done that before (that I've seen) so I'm hoping the's nothing wrong with her....guess I'll keep an eye on her tonight & take her to the vets tommorow if the is something wrong...

I know some cats when ill go away & hide but she's eating OK...
