Mark, are you naturally aggressive?  You seem to answer things very passionately!

We had a stray (well, we assumed he was a stray) that used to visit us, he ended up at a vets after being hit by a car and they found a pellet from a BB gun in him. He survived both!

It does make me terribly upset and angry that people think they have the right to treat animals this way.

Poor Jasper, hope he gets better soon

My neighbours cat ^Denise^ was shot a killed a few years ago and a lady on the AOL CAT board lost her cat ^Toby^ to a gunshot

Poor Jasper. 

These guns are far too easy for kids to get hold of. A couple of weeks ago, a couple of 12 year olds near me were arrested for shooting these guns into a primary school playground. A couple of the kids were hurt, but thankfully not serious.

As some of you already may of seen the news today about a cat called Jasper in the Basingstoke Area Of Hampshire within Tadley, i am actually discusted by this abuse to cats  and i no its not the first time its happened within the area....i do hope my Bailey hasn't been a victim of this, as i live in the Hampshire area, and because he's been missing for over 7 months i'm having my thoughts....

I feel for Jaspers owners as they must be very angry and upset that this happened to there little Jasper, and i expect Jasper is very vunerable and scared at the moment...i do hope they find these abusing terrors that done this to Jasper
