Sassy, Nipper went to a new home without Tigger Roo sadly. (The friendship happened mainly because ferrets are social but Nipper didn't like the company of other ferrets....she lives with another cat she knows now.)

So, Tigger still needs somewhere.

How unusual to have a ferret and cat play together, years ago i had 2 ferrets and the cats i had at the time used to run out the room when i brought the ferrets in, i think the ferrets were a bit rough for the cats. saddly i had to rehome the ferrets when i had my 2 little ones, oliver and jazmine , as the ferrets were little biters and i couldnt risk it. but my husband still misses the ferrets. maybe one day we will get another, not sure how old the children should be though, they are 4 and 2 now.

I hope the little cat and the ferret get a home together, that would be soo nice for them both .

Nipper went to another home with a cat she knew from foster care that she's pretty good with. (Not as good as Tigger but that's because Tigger Roo is slightly younger and ferrets are hyperactive lunatics.... )

Tigger is almost 6 months old and was sadly returned back to RACR after being adopted due to two family members being severely allergic to her.

Tigger is a sweet loving girl who dotes on people. She is great with kids, other cats and small animals and currently her best playmate is Nipper a ferret in rescue! RACR are actually hoping Tigger and Nipper the ferret might be adopted together as they truly are best buddies. (Nipper is also fully house trained.) If you can offer these two a home together please contact RACR.
