I think Helen and Cazzer are right, he is probably wants some fuss but is just a bit scared as well and it does seem like he might like an indoor visit.

it does sound to me as though Helen is right.      Perhaps the handsome one does want to be on the inside!

Aww bless him, sounds like he's getting brave but is frightened when he actually does the deed and touches you  :shy:

strange behaviour from semi-feral

clive the feral has been in the garden today so i went out to feed him and noticed Clint the semi-feral with him. clint came flying over to me and he didn't even wait for me to move away from the food like he normally does. he ate some food as i was stood near (i didn't want to move and scare him) but then he meowed at me and came closer. then he meowed again. i put my hand out and he came to it and rubbed against it. he meowed again so i fussed him. he meowed again and walked the opposite way rubbing against me then he hissed! i jumped back and then he came back meowing again so i didn the same thing, fussed him and he rubbed up against me. and then he hissed again! i have no idea what is going on but now he has been sat outside the back door for 1/2hour. i think he wants to come in?

does anyone have any idea what that was all about? he is semi-feral and never normally comes within a few feet of me
