My 6 year old moggie Mac (who I've had for a year) makes me laugh every night when it's bedtime, but a the same time I'm curious about his behaviour.
He sleeps on my bed and when I say it's bedtime he's up the stairs and on the bed waiting for me. As soon as I get under the covers he starts his ritual of roaming around the bed and kneading the throw rug. Okay so far, I understand all that. But what makes me die is the noises he makes if I touch him. He'll turn to me, and move his body away with a real open-mouth yeow sound, almost like a Siamese. It's a very indignant sound. If I don't touch him he just keeps prowling until he finds his spot, and then he settles down fine.
I have to say, it's so funny that sometimes I just touch him to make him talk.
Any ideas?
