I think you can get cat attract as an additive to add to any litter?  Not sure whether it is available in this country but I'm sure you can.

Yes I think you can, I had a leaflet about it when I received my cat attract cat litter order.

I tried the cat attract litter for 3 kittens I was fostering recently, as 2 of them werent using the trays consistently - I didnt find it made any difference! and actually I found the litter horrible to use, because unless you put a really good depth in the tray, the wee clumps go like solid rock and you need a little pickaxe to get it out LOL!! The two kittens would always use the trays for wees, but not always for poos.

I found that they used the trays more when I changed to Cats Best OKO plus litter, but they would still sometimes avoid (these 2 did have ongoing diarrhea, so I think that was the reason they sometimes didnt use the trays - and then it got into a habit). I would keep doing what your doing, encouraging to use the tray etc and cleaning up the areas she's used with a solution of biological washing powder/liquid and water, followed by a spray of surgical spirit when dry - to remove last traces of smells and hopefully preventing her from returning to those areas.

Hello all,

I'm the proud owner of 2 Devon Rex kittehs, the newest addition only having been in the house 2 weeks.

Her and the older cat are getting along great, they play/sleep together and the older will groom the kitten etc no signs of stress in the older cat however we are having some litter issues with the kitten.

We have a separate try for her and she will use it but it seems quite hit and miss, she has gone in various places in the house - which have cleaned and we've given her lots of positive encouragement to use they tray.

The breeder suggested we use cat attract litter as this has worked wonders for her multi cat household when there have been litter issues.

Has anyone here used it...is it worth it?

Any suggestions for improving the hit an miss litter user?
