There's two types - Sureflap and PetPorte - both have slightly different attributes and they're not cheap but I like the idea of them!

When I was looking into it I read that Staywell's were less drafty and sturdier than Catmate's, I never got round to fitting mine and still use the manual method so can't confirm or deny that I'm afraid  :evillaugh:

The top notch ones have to be the microchip activated ones, no collar required  ;D

Cat Flap Recommendations

We'r looking into the possibility of getting a cat flap due to our two cats are going back and forth and we feel they'l appreciate the independance even more, but which one's are the best?

Ideally we'd be looking for one that doesent leak the cold from outside too much and what are peoples recommendations on ones with the collar which activates it open? Unsure about this myself due to a large presence of tree's in our area but your feedback would be very welcome and any experiences too.

Steve
