Afraid this is a bit half hearted as suspect what may have been intended for this little chap was not good
8 week old male kitten found bedraggled by canal near City Hospital area of City Centre. No residential property nearby just old factory/industrial buildings. Anyone claiming him will have to give a convincing account of how come he ended up where he did and that it would not happen again
