I don't know what it is, but I feel that we have a warm glow about the house now
Am so pleased for you Sylvia and indeed Jerry too. You deserve a lovely cuddly boy after your recent losses
He is of course absolutely gorgeously handsome. I wonder if his fur will grow even longer after some feeding up like happened to our Freddie? Am so pleased too that Sweep is making him feel welcome
These are for you all
and this is for Jerry

What a lovely face Jerry has
, his expression reminds me of a big cat's - maybe a lion?

Thanks everyone for your lovely comments
Jerry seems to be settling in very well. He adores his wet food, and even though he isn't particularly large at the moment, if he keep eating at this rate he could get mahoosive!
He has very briefly met Sweepy, and both were remarkably calm about the whole thing
We are still going to take things very slowly with the rest of the family.
He is now insured, and I will be getting him registered with the vet tomorrow.
I don't know what it is, but I feel that we have a warm glow about the house now

He is looking very settled for a newbie, paws under the table I'd say.

After what has been a heartbreaking year so far, at long last I have some good news
I would like to introduce Jericho to you. I take no responsibility for the name as it was Jim's choice, however I have been told that I will be allowed to call him Jerry
He has joined our family today. He is 3 years old, and was taken into a rescue after a traffic incident that left him with both of his back legs fractured. He appears to be recovered from this now. When blood tested, he was found to be FIV+.
He is going to fit in perfectly here
It has been such an exciting day for us that I feel a few of these are in order
Just in case anyone is interested
here are a few pictures, so you can see what he looks like:
I may be a little biased here, but
