If you want to try Hill's, I had a leaflet with with last delivery with a code for 25% off all Science Plan (Except Prescription diet and vet essentials which I think are the same as Science Plan anyway  :shify:)

Enter HSP125  at checkout - offer is until the end of September.

AFAIK, The Hairball & The dental versions are large kibble but not sure if they are as big as RC Maine Coon - Also, not sure if MCs are prone to joint problems, but the RC has added Glucosamine & Chondroitin.

I believe I am not interested to know whether Vivisection produces results that are profitable to the human race or doesn't. To know that the results are profitable to the race would not remove my hostility to it.  Mark Twain

I also buy most of my pet food from vetuk - as I also have bunnies it's pretty easy to make the order up to the free delivery level!  I've always found the service to be prompt and accurate  ;D

VetUK charge £14.10. The only snag is, you need to spend a minimum of £39 to get free delivery if there is any food in an order. They are a lot cheaper for most things - I can usually top an order up with bits & pieces. If my cats are anything to go by, changing brands suddenly would be a false economy as they would probably turn their noses up.

The 4kg bag looks like pretty good value. I'm sure if you keep it cool and in a container, it would be fine.

Delivery is normally a couple of days from ordering. I get my cats best litter from there as it is also cheaper than PAH - also it get delivered to my door  :evillaugh:

A 2kg bag of the above will last Leo a Month.. I usually get it from Pets at Home but I went to stock up yesterday & its gone up to £17.69!!!

I am sure it was about £14/£15 last Month!!

I get Royal Canin as they are large kibbles.. perfect for him.. anything smaller & he will just swallow without chewing it..this has, so far kept his teeth in good condition. Its also great for his coat.

Does anyone know of a simular product which is cheaper?

(He also has a pouch a day of wet food but he will rarely eat it now & stick to his much loved kibbles!)

thanks  :shy:
