My sample bag came in the post this morning. They sent me a full 375g bag. I got chicken but apparently it comes in Salmon flavour as well. It smells exactly as I remember; like brewers yeast  :shify: - it does contain yeast but as the last but one ingredient. It is hight in chicken - 26% rehydrated, 4% fresh + chicken fat. It also contains wheat so poor Alice won't be getting any  :'( - I was curious to see how they reacted - Clapton dived on his and was hoovering it up  :evillaugh:

So basically, you get 375g of Webbox (but a balanced food) for £1.99  ;D The kibbles are really small.

Edit to add - all 3 approve. I decided to let Alice have a bit and see how she goes. Although she is big, Kylie rarely eats very much at a time. I gave her some and she was impressed. She at a bit and then moved up the garden and flipped onto her back for a fuss. While I was fussing her, one of the seagulls arrived for dinner. I went up to the kitchen to get it. When I went back out, I just saw the seagull walking away after finishing Kylie's hi-life. So that is 4/4 that approve  :evillaugh:

DO NOT BREED OR BUY WHILE SHELTER ANIMALS DIE

I believe I am not interested to know whether Vivisection produces results that are profitable to the human race or doesn't. To know that the results are profitable to the race would not remove my hostility to it.  Mark Twain

I usually shop with Ocado so will try it, these types of foods can be good to leave out when you're not in and your cat isn't bothered for dry (like my two)

Not much info but I found it on Ocado - So it looks like a 375g bag will be £1.99 - not sure if they will sell bigger ones as well.

As I remember it, it used to come in plastic foil pouches that you had to cut. The texture of the kibble was like webbox. I remember it having a brewers yeast type smell. I remember Willow used to like it. I'm sure the servings will be a lot smaller in the new version  :evillaugh:

I think it will be excellent for older cats or ones with teeth problems.

I used to feed this to my lot once in a while but they took it of the market about 5 years ago. I mentioned it on Catchat the other day. I decided to email them (Town & Country Petfoods) to see if they had any plans to bring it back.

I got this reply today.

"You will be pleased to hear that we are in the process of launching
HiLife Completely... Soft and Tender Semi Moist cat food.  At present
this is only available in Independent pet shops and Jollyes Pet Centres."

She said she is getting a few sample packs at the end of the week and will send me one  ;D
