I really hoped the last lot of medication would help her get well.  So sorry to hear your sad news.  I am trying to remember her lovely nature, remembering how she christened my lap and how much better she appeared after her "puff" from her home made to fit Poppet inhaler.

Take care Jill, the others need you still!  :grouphug:

Little poppet lost her battle on Monday night. She had been doing really well in the past week and we were all feeling so much more positive.

RIP and  to Jill who spent much of the last two weeks up with her.

Awww, poor girl, best of luck to her

If she's been battling for a month now then it sounds like it may be worth the trip to Oxford if they can help.

http://www.purrsinourhearts.co.uk/index.php/topic,30931.0.html

the birmingham house that we had the 3 mums and kittens from - the 12 week old as was with the bad chest is still having a very bad time of it. We had some chest xrays done last week that were pretty inconclusive and some bloods run today.
Xrays were sent for a second opinion but nothing too obvious and the blood work seemed ok (ish) today.

Vets are advising that we take her to Oxford for further tests to see if she has pleurisy or something but Jill is worried that she may be too fragile. She has been battling with her for the last month now with the poor cat having good days and bad days.

Not sure what we are going to do at the moment but have said we will get a second opinion locally first.
