can't hurt, but I would move my site somewhere else.

Thanks Rob. Do you reckon an email to them would be wise?

So is there anything that can be done, Rob?  :scared:

Mark, it's been Freewebs since I made it three years ago. ;)

I don't think the site is any threat myself, probably a false positive from the anti-virus, maybe a tracker cookie from the free web hosting service.

hth

Google checker doesn't like it,

http://www.google.com/safebrowsing/diagnostic?site=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.freewebs.com%2Fblackpoolcatsincare%2F

it is very likely the hosting site or ad's on the page though

There is a link on CatChat - maybe an idea to disable it?

was the webs.com site a previous one? (as opposed to freewebs one)

Oh Den, I'm so sorry....

NO MORE TESTS, THANKS!! :shy:

It must be the Freewebs site but I've no idea how to remedy it.

Mark, that's a good idea. Will talk to Nicky about it. :)

Sorry JS - but I have to warn people about clicking on that website now.

I seem to have a virus which I can't get rid of and the only connection is clicking on the website  :scared:

It works for me ... but literally a 2nd after opening the site Avast popped up with "Trojan horse, thread has been detected"  I've not got anything downloading or open except for Purrs and Facebook so it must have been the website.

Works fine. none of the links on the link page work - you have to copy & paste. I would suggest she sets up a referral thing with vetUK to get 5% back.
