good news my cat wandered in the door this morning after 4 days away,no worse for wear so were well pleased. thanks for all the replys.

Posters, flyers and more posters, he wont come home if hes lost you got to go look for him. He wont know the area yet and prob went further then he should. Also alert the rescue to his MIA status

the cat was coming and going from the house for a week or so with no problems thats why im surprised he has gone for a couple of days. is this usuall for a tam cat thanks tommy

hi i am just telling you that when we got him he never went far from the house that is why i,m talking to you we kept the cat in for two weeks because when we got felix they said to keep him in for two weeks.i really want to get him back because my little girl gemma got him for her birthday.please give me some good ideas how to get him back :thanks:

Hopefully he will be back soon. Most rescues advise keeping a new cat in for 4 weeks before letting them out.

I think if he has only been with you for a few weeks then if it was me I would be worried that he had not returned as yet. How long has he been going out since you had him?

hi all i got a male cat a few weeks ago and he went out 2 nights ago and hasnt came back as yet, is this normal.he is neutered.he is about 2 years old i got him from the cat rescue so his history is vague.he is a very homely cat so im surprised he has gone walkabout.all advice welcome thanks tommy.
