Very near his eyes. He seems fine though and I'm currently referring to him as my little grease monkey as he has a lovely grey patch on his head.

Will keep a look out on it, but I think I mostly cleaned it off.

i know oil and cats dont mix, but if its mostly gone i think he shoulkd be ok...........you could ring vet and ask.

if you want another confrontation with him, if you mix sugar and washing up liquid together and rub this on the area to clean it and wash off, it should clear it complretely . only probh is that if its near his eyes, not a good idea.

Darwin (yes....again) came in with oil on his head earlier. Not just a little bit, a big blob on his forehead and right down his nose. I've cleaned it off to the best of my ability with pet shampoo, warm water and a lot of swearing as he tried to wriggle away.....

My question is, can it hurt him? I'm thinking not as he seems perfectly fine if not quite annoyed with me for cleaning his head. :tired:
