Same here, this week seems to be filled with sadness not just on Purrs but everywhere, every news story I read just seems to be full of sadness and despair  :( sometimes it does just get on top of you. Sending big hugs and kind thoughts to everyone who is grieving or worried about their furbabes, I honestly don't know how hard it must be for some of you but I admire every single one of you for your strength and the kindness in your hearts. Reading all of your stories makes me want to give Pepsi extra special hugs and love as sometimes I think we take what we have for granted and we need to just slow down and look at the bigger picture and appreciate all the good things we have in our life.

I agree, I have been thinking about my late kitties recently and I think you do when there's a lot of sadness around.  I think maybe that's why I had my recurring dream again last night that I was looking for my cats, they are always lost in my dream and I find them but something happens and I never bring them home
Please consider the harder to home cats in rescue.

I third this too.

I have been feeling very emotional myself this last week , reading about all the poorly babies on here and the ones that have passed to the bridge .

Its made me miss my Bungly so much and i have been thinking lots of all my other bridge babies too - some days it feels too much to bear -all the losses - its an overwhelming sadness and you wonder what life is all about and how much cruelty and bad people are in it - Why ??

The one thing that stuck in my mind a lot was the poor staffy dog that was beaten so much he had to be put to sleep - i just don''t get this world at times !?

I just wanted to say that I am thinking of everyone who has lost beloved Furbabies - there seems to be so much sadness on Purrs at the moment, I find myself crying for furbabies I have never met but who through Purrs are all so precious to us all and will be missed x

Thinking of you all and sending lots of love xxx
