Feral Cat Welfare is a new group in Leeds helping to support the strays and ferals that need food and shelter where they live. We also aim to take in and rehome kittens born outside, neuter and return ferals or relocate them if their homes are unsafe. Volunteers are invited to join us to help us with fund raising, fostering, trapping, driving jobs, setting up food bins at supermarkets and pet shops and many other jobs. We have three 12wk old kittens needing foster space. A cat pen will need to be set up in a spare room, separate from other pets, and we will provide pen, food, litter etc. It's a very rewarding job bringing timid kittens round so that they can be rehomed. Daisy May had to have an eye removed due to a cat bite when she was only 10wks old and she remains very shy so lots of patience is needed. As the twosome are very attached they will need to be rehomed together. If you can help, please get in touch.
