Poor little thing and well done for caring, hopefully there will be a chip and you will be able to trace the owners.  If not you could contact all local vets and lost and found registers to see if any cats have been reported missing.  If you can get a paper collar on him you could also add a note asking whether the cat belongs to anyone and leave your no.  Good luck xx

Found on 14th February in Tillbury Essex a Black & White Cat, think its female but I guess it could be a castrated male, to much fur to tell for sure. This cat has been well looked after and just seems lost or perhaps someone who has recentky moved or recently taken in a rescue that  has got confused. Hopefully get to vets tonight to check for chip.
