Yeah he was fair, I didn't argue with him over it, not his fault I have a naughty cat :evillaugh: Dave ignores all attempts to discipline, apart from the squirty bottle, I do feel mean but so far it is workin so I'm going to carry on with it if it can save me money next time round! I stayed in my old flat in London for a year and they didn't damage a thing, 6 months aith a faux leather chair and sofa and it's carnage!

Not brilliant but he sounds fair. I rented a flat with my friend Frances between 1993 & 1994. When we moved out, the landlord came to do an "inspection". He had a look around and was ticking things off. At the end, he said "There appears to be quite a few things missing, such as bedding, towel and other sundry items". I told him we used our own things and wouldn't dream of using towels etc that someone else had used  There was a huge walk-in store room in the flat. When We moved in, I remembered that there were a couple of bin bags of festering rags - I went and got the bags and asked if if the mildewing items in there were what he was talking about. He backed down pretty sharpish  :evillaugh:

Anyway, back to the thread. I knw what you mean. When Kylie has massacred a bird - I tell her "No Fish today" - she only hears the key word and badgers me until the coley has been cooked  :tired: :evillaugh:

DO NOT BREED OR BUY WHILE SHELTER ANIMALS DIE

I believe I am not interested to know whether Vivisection produces results that are profitable to the human race or doesn't. To know that the results are profitable to the race would not remove my hostility to it.  Mark Twain

I should cancel my Purrs shop order!

I thought, the puds have been very good with the move and I had some spare cash so I made a wee order from the shop.

Well I'm going to cancel it now! (Only it's too late as it's already been despatched :shify:) Old landlord did the inspection of the flat last night and discovered the mildly massacred chair and my vain attempts to prevent it with the sticky strips (which for some reason reacted to the chair and was a nightmare to get off and couldn't remove the adhesive properly :tired:). So I've been deducted 100 pounds (can't figure out where the pound sign is on my PC/Mac hybrid!). That's more money than I have to throw away so looks like I'll be going begging to my mum once again come rent day :(

Biggest culprit is Dave so he's getting no treats for a few days :shify:
