Definately try extra trays and what kind of litter are you giving them?
She could also have associated her tray with tummy ache from loose poop

Im glad the twins are getting along fab, I would maybe take her along to the vets just to check its not cystitus!

As I am sure you know the general rule for litter trays is one per cat plus one until its worked out which trays and how many they use. 

I have been told tonight by one of the birmans that the tray was used and hes gone on a nice new bathroom rug grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I think the vet should check out there is no problem with Twiggy and then if not Feliway may help if its territorial marking.

If you see her making to pose for action , pick up quickly and put her in a tray

Hardly dare ask as such a common reason but how many trays do you have for how many cats?  Are they 100% indoor atm?

Our "little" uns are terrors for not using a tray for a pee or poo that has been pee'd or poo'd in already.  The older ones mainly use outside except Freddie who defies any peeing laws ever devised

Hi folks hope you all had a good Christmas and are looking forard to a new year...I certainly am!

Ok kittens!.....hmmm what can i say...they are growing like weeds and after several weeks, even little Twiglet is putting on weight! which is a worrry off my mind as she did look emaciated at one stage due to the dihorrea. stools are still loose but not as bad as before....

I am a little concerned about Twiggy, she has taken to peeing on fleece!....like Mollie's cat basket!!! and the mat in front of the fire. in fact she once tried to peein her own basket!!...earlier i found her settling into pee pose on a short piece of fleece that ive used to cover their box.....now im wondering if this is just down to immaturiy, she is half the size of her sister and has been very subdued in comparison....apart form that she has been as good as gold and both use their tray often...

I keep the tray scrupulously clean and wash it out every couple of days or when needed. Its a big tray and they are happy to use it. I also keep floors clean and washed daily...Its only happened a couple of times but i dont want it to become a habit.

Ive taken Mollies basket up now and she is really upset about that but if i leave it down itll get used as a litter tray!.... and ive taken all fleecy material up and shoes as a precaution...
Has anyone else had this problem and do you think that feliway spray would help?...i can remember the vet giving me some once for Tigger when she was a kitten and it almost cured her of her peeing ont eh door mat over night!
