that sounds just like Tiffany's - I suspect it's from Daisy's undercoat, and is quite normal

Tiffany has a big flap of loose skin under her belly, and regularly loses quite big clumps of very soft fur from there - as it is not from her main body I just pick it up and think no more of it

if Daisy actually has bald patches where she is losing fur I guess it might mean something is not right

Actually,just looking at it,it's very soft,like down.

I sometimes find tufts of Pepper's white fur about the house, sometimes when they groom they come out and when I groom Pepper myself more it sometimes can help because it gets rid of them.

Hi,
Over the past few day's I've noticed Daisy is leaving little clumps of fur about the place about the size of a thumbnail. Now I never noticed that with Orbit, maybe because he was brown & my carpets being brown.
Is this normal? I think cats moult around this time of year?
Thanks,
Merv
