The bird with the long bill is a Marabou Stork Lynn, they've got a lot of birds there. They do three flying displays a day, with different birds and you can look around the aviary as well. They have a small sort of farmyard, rabbits, chcickens, pigs, otters etc..
I know what you mean but I'm nor sure, I think they're for display rather than food. AFAIK they have husky rides in the Winter they certainly looked happy and playfull. In general I'm firmly against the keeping of wild animals but centres like this do a lot of conservation work and you can see that they genuinly love and care for their animals.
One learns some very interesting stuff, I didn't know that some of those birds can grip with 8000lbs per square inch of pressure in their claws !. It's a great feeling to stroke one of the birds and tickle its head feathers, it loved it
