Glad you finally decided to join, a word of warning though - it's addictive!  I had never been/posted on a forum before Cat Chat (this site's predecessor) now look at my post count - I'm addicted 

Pru was beautiful, what a lucky lady to be adopted for her golden years    Looking forward to hearing more about Pokey and Fran too

I have been a fan of this site for a wee while now and was able to find some really useul info while we looked after our last cat, Pru, who we adopted for the last few months of her life.  Unfortunately she passed away at Christmas at the grand old age of 22.  She had had a happy and contented life though.  A real lady.  We both miss her.

We recently re-homed 2 cats (5 and 6) though,  so decided it was time to take the plunge and become a proper member at last!
  for the help I was able to find in the past, and I'm sure I will be able to find equally sound and re-assuring tips for our 2 new additions!!
