Sorry, didnt explain myself properly LOL! - wipe around each cats face so that you pick up the scents from both of them. Wipe one then the other, then back again - so you are mixing them. You can then wiipe the cloth over each one in turn on their bodies, just like you were stroking them, but with the cloth.

Taz is probably going for you because you smell of Pooka who doesnt smell right at the moment because of the smells from the vets as MM pointed out, and prior to that because she was unneutered and hormonal - scents are very important to cats. I'm sure it'll all settle down soon. You can try exchanging scents, like you would if you were introducing a new cat to the household, use a soft cloth and wipe around both cats face (cheek and mouth areas where there are scent glands) to mix the scents and get a communal scent going again. The feliway may help too.

How old is pooka?
She will smell funny having just got back from the vets.
Is he neutered?
Maybe being unspayed was why she was toiletting in the house and why their friendship got fraught
