Update time!!!!!

Thought I would update you on Mr Mucky Marvin!! He`s now been with us for over 2 years and he`s gone from mischievous kitten to mischievous adult cat!!  He`s doing very well and is 100% fit and healthy  :wow:

He does have some annoying habbits that we cant seem to get him out of, if its raining he loves it!! he will stroll in soaking wet, shake himself off all over our legs, let us towl dry him off then promptly leg it back outside  :censored:  little sod!!  currently he`s upstairs on the bed snoozing but earlyer on I took some pics of him........

Anyway - Teresa, Marvin say`s Hi and he hasnt forgotten about you  ;D

Just been reading Marvin's story - another one with a happy ending - it's the second I've read today.  What a really nice "feelgood" factor to kick start the morning.

Hello Marvin - handsome fellow!

It's always fantastic to think about the difference between the cats' former lives, and where they're at now. A couple of months ago, Marvin was being passed around from home to home. Now look at him!

Well done as ever to Teresa for rescuing him, and to Paul for giving him the sort of home he deserves  :)

During the time he was with us he was what I would describe as being a 90mile an hour kitten and never once became breathless or showed any sign of anything being wrong, so try not to worry.

Hehe Marv is still very much a 90mph kitten and shows no signs of breathlessness after a good workout with that peacock feather which is showing its age now  :evillaugh:

Thanks for the advice Teresa  :)

Paul this is fairly common in kittens and usually sorts itself out as they grow older, I wouldnt worry about taking him back to the vet for a few months unless he displays signs of being unwell. It must be very slight as it wasnt picked up at first vaccination or neutering time and we both use the same vet. During the time he was with us he was what I would describe as being a 90mile an hour kitten and never once became breathless or showed any sign of anything being wrong, so try not to worry.
Might be better for you to call in and speak to the vet on your own and explain how worried you know feel, I am sure they will explain things more carefully and reassure you.

Took Marv for his 2nd jab on Tuesday, he didn't look too pleased about that!  The vet checked him over and found a slight heart murmur, she said its common in kittens and should sort its self out  :scared:  she said it could also be because he is scared of the vets and that has upset him alittle, hope this sorts itself out!! I think I will take him back in a week or so to see if its sorted its self out.

Any thoughts on this??? should I be worried or does this sort of thing sort its self pout given time??

Fabulous pics Paul.  Marvin really is ALL black isn't he.  Most 'all black' cats have a few white hairs hidden away somewhere but I can't see any on Marvin.  Glad you're all having fun - its really great to see.

Thanks for the welcome  :)

Marv is loving his new found freedom of our house, he`s been investigating all the new sights, sounds and smells all evening  :evillaugh:

Myself and him had a quiet moment together earlyer on and we both watched some TV on the sofa together, then it was back to exploring for Marv!

Just playing some hide and seek at the mo.

Here is the one pic I managed to grab as he was on a mad 1/2 hour......

Click me  :)

He is absolutely gorgeous. Hope you, Emma and Marv are happy forever and always
