Well, unfortunately my Vet does not think Jellytot is pregnant so have spent the last two days chasing around vets to see if any kittens have been handed in or to at least give my details so they could contact me if any were, and checking in the area she was found.  Unfortunately, the Vet who took her in did not take any contact details of the person who handed her in so could not contact them.  The Vets were a bit useless to say the least really.

She is a bit of a strange case as you cannot express any milk from her although she was full of milk.  My Vet says there is a chance she could have aborted the kittens or could even be a phantom.  All I can do now is hope that was the case.

I feel so guilty that she could have left kittens behind but all I can do is make sure she is comfortable and safe.

Called to a veterinary clinic in Southsea to pick up what was described as "heavily pregnant" stray by the girl on the phone.

When I arrived was told that they are not sure if she is pregnant or if she has had babies!!!  Is full of milk but not very large.  I am hoping, for kittens sake, she is a very small cat that is still pregnant.  She is full of milk but her teats do not look like they have been suckled on.  Will be off to the Vet tomorrow with Chrissie and Rea for a check over.

Will report results of vet visit and some piccies tomorrow.
