well done Bren. (she forgets to say the trap got her ).

This is one of 2 litters picked up this week. The other a tabby mum and 5 kits - 3 tabby and 2 black around 10 days old and born in a shed.

Not to mention my lady in waiting, another feral courtesy of Rugby CP, with hugely swollen belly and a (not so) GRRRRRRRRRReat attitude!

No, there's no way she's feral.  Even though she' a really good mum she has no objection to me touching her or the kittens. She'll make a smashing pet once the babes are rehomed and she's been spayed..............not for me though, I shall harden my heart and let someone else have her.  I thought it would be more difficult to let Abbi go, but she's now settled in fine.........above the floor! and has taken over the household.

What a beautiful little family  :Luv2: Do you think Mum is truly feral or more an abandoned pet? Hopefully you've got to the kittens in time to socialise them and Mum will be rehomed too  :)

Treacle and her 4 kittens were signed in to Covcats when I went (with trepidation as it was my first 'feral' collection) to fetch her from a family's garage where she'd had her babes about 3 weeks previously.  They hadn't known she was there as the garage hadn't been used!  She came quietly thank goodness.  They are adorable. Mum (Treacle) and little girl (Toffee) are Torty. Boys are ginger (Tinker), ginger & white (Tango) & b/w (Truffle).Appear to be very healthy although mum has possible skin probs on her ears. Visit to the vet asap.
