Lenny & Harry REHOMED!
« Reply #1 on: April 17, 2009, 19:29:08 PM »
These 2 cats have been in our care far longer then we would of liked.. Check out their details here.

Lenny and Harry came into our care due to their owners not being able to keep them anymore. These two lovely puss cats have been well loved and are in lovely condition and it was very, very hard for their old owners to give them up for rehoming. There were lots of tears...

Lenny is around 6yrs old and Harry is 3yrs old they are both black and white short haired. We were told that Harry has had some trauma in the past and therefore is abit nervous of going outside, both have been house cats for some years. However, we would like to rehome them as puss cat that are given the opportunity to go outside and explore the wonders of the outside world and you can see how much they enjoy sunning themselves in the sunshine.

They have not been used to children or other animals so probably a home with adults only or with older kiddies althougth they don"t seem to lto be cats that that are nervous or timid. Indeed they are puss cats more inclined to give you a few head butts if you fail to take notice of them. They do have very distiinct personalities. Harry is much more reserved but does gain confidence from his mate Lenny who is a very outgoing puss cat. Indeed the fosterers looking after them calls them "her boys" so you can see what lovely characters they have when they are settled.

Lenny and Harry are up to date with all vac (due end of Aug 09) are neutered of course and are chipped. They are in lovely condition and we hope that want be with us for too long. They do however have to be rehomed as a pair.

We have noticed that these two cats seem abit timid round men.. and this may have something to do with their past. But with gentle reasurance they are coming along fine.

Donations: We rely on donations to continue our work, please consider giving a donation if we assist in the rehoming of a cat, or if you adopt a cat from us. Homechecks will be required.. Currently in the care of Canterbury and District CP
