i am so sorry to hear this, but he was one of the lucky ones who was found and given some time with love, good food and warmth, and then allowed to go peacefully and with dignity, and he will be very grateful for that. RIP little one.

I have just heard that Sparky didnt make it. He went into renal failure and collapsed. He was PTS this morning..
Its very hard... and i got to know Sparky well and loved his character. I wish we had known about this sooner but it wasnt meant to me... All this problems came on so quickly.. still he had a few weeks with us, just a shame his past years may not of been so happy!

Its really difficult to go into huge details about poor Sparky.. But i have just heard he is holding his own and will be at the vets all weekend on fluids.. blood pressure has gone down.. We thought we may of lost Sparky yesterday.

We are not out of the woods yet.. but if you want to help a puss in need then please think about him over the weekend...I will certaintly be thinking about him as i want to find him a loving home in the future to take care of him...

Sparky is now with one of our indoor fosterers and is due for a check up at the vets Friday! We notice his water intake can increased in the last few weeks so that will def need to be checked out.. Postive vibes for sweet Sparky if you can?

Thought i would update on Sparky.. he is still withus. He is an steriod cream for his eye and has had to have a few teeth out next week. Still underweight. The vet weighed him today and it was 2.85Kg so he needs some building up.. He remains a lovely little soul though and will hopefully be fixed up. Although he doesnt seem to be putting on weight, they will do bloods when his teeth are sorted.. I can feel his bones!He is going to another fosterer next week for some one to one attention.. and hopefully once all clear will sort out a loving home for him.. But a real sweetie

This is Sparky who is doing okay, but is full of worms..His eye is better and his story is now on catchat, although he isnt ready for rehoming as yet i like to get some feelers out for him...
