Mystery solved! That's bad of them to change the product without changing the packaging, good news about the free tub though

Well it turns out that the manufacturer ran out of smaller capsules so used bigger ones, our lovely vet nurse at work said to them that's not the point as the capsules are a lot bigger and full of powder so they must have changed the ingredients. They called her back and said the manufacturers said they had changed the product for this but rather naughtily hadn't told them and were packaging them in the normal packaging!!!

Luckily they wouldn't harm Jess but they are going to send me a tub of 300 as compensation, turns out no one else has noticed!!!

I think so as our VN got the telephone number from it, there wasn't anything on it though

I ordered some from Vet UK as we were getting low, I normally order 300 tablets but made a mistake and ordered 100! When they came last week I opened them and the tablets are huge, a lot bigger than normal. I've emailed Vet UK and they say there are no changes to the ingredients etc and have asked for batch numbers. I've also emailed them pics.

Our vet nurse at work also looked them over and is on the case, we can't understand it.

I've attached the pics I emailed
