If you are paying by direct debit they have a legal obbligation to advise you.

In fact however you are paying they must advise you and if they didnt i would get on to consumer advice

If I was staying with them I would but will be leaving once claims come through.

And they didn't even tell me!  :censored:

I am changing all the cats I have on Tescos onto Axa once Vesti's claim has gone through though as Bunty has already been changed but what a bloody cheek!
