I am posting this from Cat Chat cos I am sure a few of you have been involved in writing to some of sites and trying to get info on them.

We are all aware of the various sites who offer pets for sale on the web and also the many reasons why this is such a bad idea (no home checks, un-neutered pets / long distance travel etc etc) - but does anyone have this already written out in full, in an explanatory way?
The reason I'm asking is that a website who decided on my advice not to allow pet sales is now going to add a page to their site explaining why they took this decision, and have asked us for text to use in compiling the page.
I would probably be re-inventing the wheel if I start writing it all out fresh, and I thought one of you is bound to have this written out already - can anyone help?
