I can recommend the constant companions brand as we have 2 of their heated cat beds. I don't think their largest enclosed bed would be big enough for a border collie as the medium is normal cat size and the small is small cat/kitten sized. They are also designed to provide support for joints which is better than a solid pad I think. The one in the bottom link looks a bit on the small side?
DO NOT BREED OR BUY WHILE SHELTER ANIMALS DIE

I believe I am not interested to know whether Vivisection produces results that are profitable to the human race or doesn't. To know that the results are profitable to the race would not remove my hostility to it.  Mark Twain

Heated beds

Its not really cat related but are any of those plug in beds big enough for a border collie? My parents dog has a slipped disc in her back and they've been told to put heat pads on her but shes not having any of that so I thought a heated bed might work instead.
Thank you
