my doggies

Max - 12 years 7 months. He has a form of skin cancer (not deadly... just ugly) and the wettest tongue in the midlands! He was my 12th birthday present and apart from Uni has slept at my feet for all of that time. He is my baby and a great big brother (well, grumpy old uncle type) to Indy and Misha. Unfortunately old age and heart problems have slowed him down somewhat... but he's still thinking of that Christmas turkey

Poppy and Max, Poppy was 13 yesterday and is diabetic, has been on daily insulin for 4 years and also has arthritis, benign tumours, is blind and a wonky leg, yet despite this sh is happy and bouncing around like a loon. Even though, we aren't sure if she'll even see this Christmas, and Max won't see next years Christmas... so this is my favourite photo of them together

I would like to share the following photos of Reggie (RIP) taken Christmas 2005.  Reg reminded me of my grandad who never opened his Xmas presents - just felt them and said: 'Puzzle - thank you ... tobacco - thank you', and as you can see from these photos, Reggie knew a cat bed when he saw one, why bother to unwrap it .  Happy memories.

I can't compete with all the fabulous photos on here and Korky doesn't do Christmas (except for ferreting in the empty plastic carriers after I've taken the Chrissie decorations out) but I have unearthed an old piccie of my darling bridge baby Tiny.  Its very appropriate because I always think of him of my Christmas cat - he came to us on Christmas Eve( and turkey was always his favourite food.

Heres my rather furry tree decoration last year! I think mum is hoping that with one less leg this year he'll leave the tree climbing alone!
