Hi and  :welcome: to Purrs

In ancient times cats were worshiped as gods; they have not forgotten this.

keep an eye out for your perfect kitty, sometimes you find them in the most unusual places.

i adopted Pushka from someone who was moving to a flat and sadly couldn't take her with them, so it was us or she went back into a cat home

Hi all!

My name is Deb and I'm 22 and living in Middlesbrough at the moment, I've just graduated from University and I'm still looking for a job (Boooo!). I'm a massive cat fan, but sadly have never owned one of my own! When I was still living at home my Mum wouldn't even think about owning a cat due to living near major roads and the fact that we seem to have a lot of rotten kids near us with air rifles  >:( Anyway, the time has come and I'm starting to think about getting a kitten of my own (Well, my fiancees too! :P). The problem is, he's allergic, so I'm having to look into getting an air purifier/petal cleanse (http://www.bio-life.co.uk/) to generally make his life as pleasant as possible, as he loves Cats too!

We'll be looking for a rescue (Kitten - 18 months old) to love, and Unless we move to house out of the town centre, It'll be an indoor kitty.

Anyway, I luuuurve this forum, I've been visiting it for a couple of weeks and reading a few threads here and there and looking at your beautiful pets. It's really nice to be a member finally!  :)
