After googling about microchip readers today, I found an online copy of a branch newsletter for Herts CP. They had to fundraise to supply Stevenage council with a scanner. They are now fundraising to supply another local council with one  :Crazy: - WTF can't the council buy their own? - mean  :censored: s  >:(
