well, it is here and built

it isn't as good as it looked... we have fairly normal/lowish ceiling but it didn't reach! so I took a longer pole from the old, broken tree and made it higher, also the 'boingy ball' doesn't attach! so I put his platform from the old post there, as he loves that platform bed

of course I had 'help' with Indy pouncing on me from plaforms as they were built... running off with bolts... stealing the allen key

pics later

What a lucky boy! Loving his photos, he's got such an expressive little face - he reminds me of a mini Memphis  :Luv2:

I was tootling around ebay as Indy has broken his scratching post, a platform has snapped and another main one is breaking...

He isn't 7 months yet! but is lean and a solid 4.2 kilos... he is also a lunatic and leaps around the room like the floor is lava

This is the old one and the bottom wedge platform is broke and the main upper level is sagging a touch. It was £52 inc delivery and he loves it.

Soo... I go on a toddle to eBay to see if I can find a similar one or a replacement. I also wanted as large as I could get... http://www.zooplus.co.uk/shop/cats/scratching_posts/ceiling_scratching_trees/14046 found this one that I quite liked on zooplus but winced at the price.

Then saw this on eBay and stuck what I thought was a low price on it (I decided that £50 was the max I would pay including delivery

And got this for him in the same colour... for £44 inc delivery, and it goes to the ceiling!
hope he likes it.
