Brilliant news - well done, Mark!
Silvana was going to phone Sharon tonight anyway but I was "having kittens" about this one  :scared:

I believe I am not interested to know whether Vivisection produces results that are profitable to the human race or doesn't. To know that the results are profitable to the race would not remove my hostility to it.  Mark Twain

The RSPCA inspector is one talking to the rescue and i think there is some talk of contributing future vet costs to him as well.. So sounds promising and she was very very happy for our help.. All in all we may of saved this little ones life!

I just spoke to Silvana at Romney House and she will take the cat on. He will have to share with 2 other long termers but better than the alternative  :Luv2:

 :cheer: :cheer:
Brilliant, I knew one of them would come up trumps xx

I don't think it takes much for the RSPCA to PTS  :(

Will ask around then.

Tobes was diabetic, it breaks my heart that supposed rescues will give up on a cat with an illness that if monitored doesn't affect the quality of life at all really.

I really wish I could help. Diabetes is pretty easy to manage in a co-operative cat.

I'll ask around and see if I can get anyone to offer a foster home if that'll help?

We have had a call from the local RSPCA inspector for Kent way (she is new and used to work for CP) she has a 13 yr old puss cat that has been signed over to RSPCA care.. he is LH and cream coloured..(he came in as a neglet case) as he was covered in matts he is now virtually bald.. but vet results have confirmed he is diabetic (more details as to how diabetic etc to come as the inspector is going over to see him later on tonight to talk to vet.. but i think they are getting him stablised)).. She knows as well as i do that if he goes to RSPCA he will be PTS so has come to us for help..

Willing to take to any rescue at all who could take him on.. He is child, dog and kiddie proof having lived with a 3yr old kiddy and other dogs and cats. Very loving.. He is called Charlie

Can anyone help ....?At the moment she is trying her best to find rescues who would help this little man but she knows as well as i do that if he goes to RSPCA centre he will be PTS..

Can anyone help (pls cross post if you are able)
At the moment he is at the vets and will be safe for a few more days but he cannot stay there so thats why i have posted here!

Due to fosterers being away and no space due to kittens its unlikely we may be able to take him at the moment.. We only have few fosterers who are willing to inject cats the last puss cat called Charlie as well took over 6months to rehome, so we it isnt easy.. but still he doesn deserve to be PTS
